We have gone through a lot in the past month: a waterfall in our laundry room, a mold outbreak, six electrical outages, no cable and internet and two moves. We decided this would be a great time to focus on something that makes us happy…..FOOD and WINE!!! Our posts will consist of great food, wine suggestions, and wineries.
While discussing all the reasons we should start this blog we opened one of our favorite wines, Red Diamond Merlot. We recently had this wine at one of our favorite restaurants to go to when we don’t feel like cooking Italian ourselves, MAGGIANOs! It is very light for a Merlot and pairs perfectly with classic pasta. When we went to the grocery store to pick up some options for dinner this weekend we saw it and it called our name. It was $10.99 and it is a great wine for the price.
