The Conference Services Department at my association is throwing a Baby Shower for one of our own! Anna (co-worker, friend, and pregnant) will hopefully be surprised today! The theme of the shower is “She’s About to Pop!” so all the food will be “pop” related. Rachel (co-worker, friend, and pop culture fanatic) and I are beyond excited for her.
Perhaps we go a little overboard sometimes…

One of my arts and crafts breaks at work! Baby Benson's birth guess chart. $1 per date (due date is March 2nd). Rachel and I are slightly competitive...
Since we are overachievers and like to bake, we volunteered to make all the desserts for the shower. Plus this gives me an opportunity to find and try new recipes! I hope this popcorn tastes as good as the Zebra Popcorn which is absolutely amazing!
We used 9 mini bags of popcorn (100 calorie packs) instead of regular sized bags, so our amount of popped popcorn is estimated. But we guessed that 3 small bags of popcorn was approximately the size of one regular sized bag.

- In a saucepan over low heat combine caramels and half and half. Stir constantly and remove from heat when melted.
- Drizzle evenly over popcorn.
- Place chocolate chips and butter in a microwave safe bowl. Melt in microwave.
